These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the KamerLink website and mobile app (together, the “Service”), operated by NCore Technologies (“KamerLink,” “we,” “us”), based in Cameroon. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. Who can use KamerLink
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to enter into this agreement.
2. Your account
- You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.
- One person, one account — company accounts must be created and managed by an authorised representative of that company.
- Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings, company information, or profile information.
- Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users.
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute other users' data without permission.
- Upload content you don't have the rights to, or that infringes someone else's intellectual property.
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
- Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited commercial messages to other users.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
4. Content you post
You keep ownership of the content you post (profile information, posts, comments, job listings, company photos, etc.). By posting it, you grant KamerLink a licence to store, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate and improve the Service — for example, showing your public profile to other users, or your job posting to job seekers. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to post whatever you upload.
5. Job postings and applications
KamerLink is a platform connecting job seekers and recruiters — we are not a party to, and don't guarantee the outcome of, any employment relationship, interview, or offer that results from using the Service. Recruiters are responsible for the accuracy of their job postings and for complying with applicable employment law. Job seekers are responsible for the accuracy of their applications.
6. Fees
Core account creation and job applications are free. Some recruiter features may be part of paid plans; where that applies, pricing and payment terms will be shown clearly before you're charged. We do not currently process live payments through the Service.
7. Intellectual property
The KamerLink name, logo, and the Service's design, software, and underlying technology are owned by NCore Technologies or its licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. These Terms don't grant you any right to use our branding except as needed to use the Service normally.
8. Third-party links
The Service may link to third-party websites or content we don't control (for example, a recruiter's company website, or a virtual meeting link for an event). We're not responsible for third-party content, and linking to it doesn't mean we endorse it.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will result in you finding a job or a candidate.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KamerLink and NCore Technologies will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting kamerlink1@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you in-app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Cameroon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cameroon, unless applicable local law in your country gives you the right to bring a claim in your own jurisdiction.
